Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every new account starts on a free trial with real access to the gap assessment, gap repair on trial chapters, the calendar and the AI tutor. Please use it to decide before you buy — it exists so that you are never paying to find out whether the product suits you.

If you buy a plan and it is not right for you, email hello@abhiyas.in from your account email within 7 days of payment and we will refund the full plan amount, provided the account has not:

• completed more than 3 full mock tests or previous-year papers on the paid plan, or
• used more than 20% of the AI tutor credits included with the plan.

After 7 days, or beyond those usage limits, plans are non-refundable — the syllabus, question bank and AI credits have been delivered.

Top-up packs are refundable within 7 days only if no credits from that pack have been used. Credits are consumed in order (plan allowance first, then top-ups), and once any top-up credit is spent the pack is non-refundable. Bonus credits have no cash value.

• Upgrading to a higher plan charges only the difference; the remaining term stays the same. Downgrades are not offered mid-term.
• If a payment is charged twice, or charged but the plan did not activate, tell us and we refund the duplicate in full — no time limit.
• Coupon discounts are not refundable as cash if a coupon was later found to be misused.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days of approval (bank timelines can add a few days for cards). We confirm by email when it is initiated. Plan access ends when the refund is approved.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Deleting the account does not by itself trigger a refund — ask for one first if you are within the window above. See the Privacy Policy for what deletion removes.

If you disagree with a refund decision, write to our grievance officer at . Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
