Terms of Service

Abhiyas AI is built for students preparing for Indian entrance examinations. You may create an account if you are 18 or older, or if you are under 18 and your parent or legal guardian has read these terms and consents to your use — you confirm this at sign-up. A parent or guardian who consents is responsible for the account and for any purchases made on it.

You must give accurate details (name, email, mobile number) and keep your login secure. One person, one account; accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.

We provide a study-planning and practice platform: a gap assessment, an adaptive calendar, chapter-wise learn/practice/self-assessment loops, mock tests, previous-year papers, a mistake book and an AI tutor. Scores, gap ratings and readiness figures are estimates derived from your own activity on the platform.

We do not guarantee any exam outcome, rank, admission or score. Abhiyas AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a substitute for the National Testing Agency (NTA), the JEE Advanced organising institutes, NCERT, any school board or any coaching institute.

"Ask Abhiyas" and the study notes marked as AI-generated are produced by large language models. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, including in worked solutions. Always verify against your textbook and your teachers; never rely on the AI tutor for anything safety-critical or as your only source for an exam answer.

The AI tutor is restricted to study help. Attempts to use it for anything else (including extracting other users' data, generating harmful content or circumventing limits) are a breach of these terms. Your conversations with the tutor are stored to provide the service and improve it; see the Privacy Policy.

New accounts get a short free trial with limited syllabus access. Paid plans are sold per exam course and per attempt (for example "JEE Main 2027"), priced as shown at checkout, and are valid until the exam date of that attempt. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Plans include an allowance of AI tutor credits; additional credits can be bought as top-up packs. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, are consumed per tutor action at the rates shown on the Subscription page, and top-up credits do not expire while your account is active.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details. Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Questions, explanations, notes, tests, plans and software on the platform belong to or its licensors and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial study only. You may not copy, scrape, resell, redistribute, or use them to train models or build a competing service.

Where we link to official textbooks (for example NCERT PDFs) we link to the publisher's own copy and do not reproduce it. Previous-year questions are reproduced for educational purposes; if you are a rights holder and believe content is used improperly, write to .

• No sharing accounts, automated access, scraping, or probing/attacking the service.
• No uploading unlawful, abusive or infringing content (including in scans, doubts or contact messages).
• No attempting to manipulate scores, referrals, coupons or credit balances.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with a refund only where our Refund Policy provides one.

You may share your invite code. A referral reward is credited only when the invited person creates a verified account they did not already hold. Self-referrals, fake accounts and incentivised mass posting void rewards, and we may change or end the programme at any time; credits already earned stay in your wallet.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it; maintenance and outages happen. We may change features, plans or these terms. Material changes to these terms will be notified in the app and you may be asked to re-accept them; continued use after notice means acceptance.

You can close your account at any time from your profile (see the Privacy Policy for what is deleted). We may close accounts that are inactive for over 24 months after notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, the service is provided "as is". is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost marks or admissions, or for content from third parties (including video platforms and payment providers). Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction. Grievances under the Information Technology Rules and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules may be sent to our grievance officer at ; we acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.
